SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR NAVY SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY (NSMA) BASE OPERATIONS SUPPORT (BOS), Joint Base AnacostiaBolling (JBAB), Washington D.C. Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY - This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to deliver the requirement for NSMA in accordance with (IAW) the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses. 1. Place of Performance: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington D.C. 2. Disclaimer: This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Solicitation information is not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. 3. Contractor Capability: The Contractor will perform maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition, and minor construction for the building and structures, building systems, and miscellaneous: Interior and exterior finishes, roofing, foundation, structural components, cathodic protections, tanks, Petroleum, Oil, Lubricant(POL), System, pipelines, HVAC, fire protection, vertical transportation equipment (VTE), intrusion detection systems, boilers, unfired pressure vessels (UPVs), compressed air systems, potable water (including backflow prevention devices), lift stations, electrical, lighting arrestors and grounding devices, cathodic protection systems, auxiliary generator systems (including emergency and portable generators), grease traps, exhaust hoods and ducts, weight handling equipment (WHE), signs, fences, locksmith, drainage ditches, monuments, flag poles, roads and paved surfaces, striping, curbs, sidewalks, parking lots, drainage systems, ponds (fountain), outdoor courts. All work shall be performed in accordance with the PWS. The Government requires services to facilities, ground structures, personal property equipment, and installed equipment, systems, custodial services, pest control, refuse collection, disposal and recycling, continually maintain ground areas in a manner that will produce healthy (pest and disease free) grass, trees, shrubs, and plants while presenting a clean, neat, and freshly manicured appearance. The period of performance includes one (1) 12-month base year and four (4) 12-month Options. Additional requirements identified in the attached draft PWS. Security Requirement: TS/SCI clearance required. Assigned personnel shall be eligible to obtain clearance prior to working at the identified secured sites. 4. Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services/items described herein. To include details of any facility security clearance.
