The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) is seeking a vendor to design (provide creative direction), fabricate, deliver, and install one (1) exterior monument sign and two (2) interior acrylic signs in order to bring cohesive identification to the Potomac Center and Secure Evaluation & Therapeutic Treatment (SETT) facilities in Hagerstown, Maryland. The Potomac Center and SETT are residential care facilities for developmentally disabled adults who may have coexisting mental disorders. The site address is 1380 Marshall Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740. See IFB Section IV, Scope of Work, for detailed information about the projects. Potomac Center/SETT will issue progress payments as projects are completed; see invoicing schedule outlined in Exhibit E - Deliverable Schedule. All signage shall be fabricated and installed by August 21, 2023 (term may be extended at the discretion of the Potomac Center/SETT based on material availability, and/or inclement weather affecting installation scheduling).
The Offeror shall deliver the fabricated MVV sign to the Potomac Center/SETT, located at 1380 Marshall Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740. A single contract will be awarded to the Offeror that best meets the needs of the evaluation criteria. The anticipated term of the contract resulting from this solicitation will begin on May 1, 2023, and the selected Offeror will have one hundred twelve (112) days after contract award to complete the design (creative direction), fabrication, and installation of the new signage (all signage shall be fabricated and installed by August 21, 2023).
