It is a Serious Crime for the Bidder Knowingly Submit a False Claim and/or Knowingly Make Material Misrepresentations. N.j.s.a. 2c:27-10 Provides That a Person Commits a Crime if Said Person Offers a Benefit to a Public Servant for an Official Act of Performed or to Be Performed by a Public Servant, Which is a Violation of Official Duty. N.j.s.a. 2c:27-11 Provides That a Bidder Commits a Crime if Said Person, Directly or Indirectly, Confers or Agrees to Confer Any Benefit Not Allowed by Law to a Public Servant. Bidders Should Consult the Statutes or Legal Counsel for Further Information. Bids Must Be Marked as Specified and Submitted on a Bid Form That Will Be Furnished to You. The Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids Pursuant of Njsa 18a:18a 2(S, T, X, Y), 18a:18a-4 (a), 18a:18a-22, 18a:39-1-27.
