Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project includes a full depth roadway reconstruction including new replacement water, sewer, and drainage systems for approximately 1300 ft of Kimball Street and approximately 1300 ft of Forest Avenue. The proposed project includes the following: Replacement of the existing 6, 8, 12, and 15-inch VCP and PVC sewer main with 6, 8, 12, and 15-inch PVC (SDR-35) sewer main. Replacement of the existing 6, 8, and 10-inch cast iron water main with 8 and 12-inch ductile iron water main. Replacement of the existing 6, 8, 12, and 15-inch PVC and VCP stormwater pipe with 16-inch ductile iron and 12, 18, 24, and 30-inch Polypropylene stormwater pipe. Installation of a new roadway box (4.5" pavement, 6" crushed stone (fine gradation), 12" crushed stone (coarse gradation), with spot locations of 12" sand), curbs, and sidewalks on Kimball Street. A staging area of approximately 12,000 sq ft of existing gravel parking area off of Spring Street is also included in the project limits and resource analyses completed to date. There is approximately 5,000 SF of impacts outside the Right of Way (ROW): mostly driveway, walkway, and grading (slope and yard) construction activities. Existing sidewalk at the corner of Kimball and Shaw is outside the ROW and is being replaced. Existing manhole and drainage on Forest from 506+50 to 506+90 RT is outside the ROW and is being replaced. Existing 12" drainage and manhole from Forest (Sta. 506+50 RT) to Shaw (Sta. 40+80 LT) is being filled and abandoned. Existing 10" waterline from Kimball (Sta. 211+85 RT) to Forest (508+25 LT) is being filled and abandoned.
