**As of April 28, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $203,273.24** 2023 Roadway Improvements Contract No. 1 - Roadway Improvement work including asphalt milling and paving, base repairs, mill and fill repairs, storm sewer and sanitary sewer improvements, as well as parking lot and basketball court grading and paving. Contract No. 2 - Pavement preservation treatments including microsurfacing, single-sized aggregate chip seal, and quick set fog seal. Contract No. 3 - Pavement preservation treatments including ultra-thin bonded wearing course. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Upper Allen Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that Contract No. 1 is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project one hundred sixty (160) calendar days, however, all public roadway improvements shall be completed within one hundred (100) calendar days.
