Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ingersoll, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Town of Ingersoll and The County of Oxford require the following scope of work to be completed. Wonham Street South - from King Street West to Ann Street: Full replacement of the existing 300mm cast iron watermain with new 300mm DR18 PVC pipe, complete with new 25mm dia. pex services from the new water main to property line. Replacement of existing water valves and hydrants are also required. Replacement of existing precast catchbasin(s) to proposed locations, complete with PVC leads (where required) and gutter drains. Complete reconstruction of Wonham Street South including all granulars for road base, HL8 asphalt base course, HL3 asphalt driveways, concrete curb-and-gutters, concrete sidewalk, and topsoil and sod restoration where required.
