it is mandatory that the bidder shall acknowledge the inclusion of all addenda on the bid form, form bf. acknowledgement shall be made by initials and date. failure to acknowledge all addenda shall result in rejection of the bid. please visit portal or call procurement services at (904) 357-3017, prior to the bid opening to determine if any addenda have been released on this contract. bid and contract bonding are required. this project is funded by jaxport. the seb participation goal established for this project is zero (0%), however, participation is strongly encouraged. Project work shall be inclusive of, yet not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing, bypassing, and supervision necessary for the removal of all existing equipment, modifications, and upgrades to the Talleyrand Marine Terminal Phase C Lift Station, per the project documents. The inflow of influent material will need to be managed or bypassed while all work is taking place as the site is an active working marine terminal. The existing concrete slab over the wet well will be saw cut and retrofitted with a hinged locking aluminum access lid and frame capable of supporting pedestrian loads of 150psf minimum; sized appropriately for the rail system, access, removal, and service of the submersible pumps, wet well, and components.
