This project will include the design and construction administration phase services for the removal & replacement of Parking Lot D along Eliza Farnham Drive on the UIS campus in Springfield, IL. This project will ‘restart’ the original design previously completed and bid in the spring of 2023; however, the new design will include restoration of the entire lot as well as potentially removing all interior islands and parking lot lights to accommodate the potential for IDOT’s motorcycle course to be included. The following constitutes a breakdown of the proposed scope of services to be provided during this phase, which is anticipated to include CMT’s site-civil and electrical design teams.
