Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Orange, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

This project includes but is not limited to new chain link fencing, new chain link fencing with slats, and raising existing fences at nine (9) elementary schools, Cerro Villa Middle School, and Richland High School. Each bidder shall submit with his bid, on the form furnished with the contract documents, a list of the designated subcontractors on this project as required by the PCC 4100 et seq. Separate 100% payment and performance bonds are required and shall be in the form set forth in the contract documents. All bonds (bid, performance, and payment) must be issued by a California admitted surety as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure section 995.120. LICENSES, DIR REGISTRATION, CONTRACT TIME: Prime contractor must possess valid CSLB contractor license for Class B - "General Building" California State Contractor's License (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 16 830) and be registered with the DIR (Labor Code 1725.5). The Contract Time is 60 days. CONTRACTOR should consult the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Special Conditions, and General Requirements regarding Milestones and Liquidated Damages.
