Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Abbeville, Louisiana. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The budget is $400,000 for the base bid, alternate no. 1 is $146,000, alternate no. 2 is $70,000, and alternate no. 3 is $16,000 for a total of $632,000. This Project Shall Consist of Furnishing and Installing a New Fishing Pier and Pond Slope Improvements with Associated Work at the Lafitte Drive-In Park. Treasury Circular 570, licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana, in the amounts and for the purpose stated, and subject to the Owners approval: Bid Bond: A Bid Guarantee equivalent to 5%bid bond, certified check, cashiers check, money order Performance Bond: A performance bond of not less than 100% Payment Bond: A payment bond of not less than 100% The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes.
