The municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE A bid security in the form of a bid bond in the amount equivalent to 10% of the bid and a letter of intent must accompany the bid. All tenders (including security and letter of intent) must be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, following the date set for the opening of tenders . The municipality of Saint-Narcisse does not accept any offer sent by fax or email, any offer sent in this way will be automatically rejected. The Municipality of Saint-Narcisse does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids.
