Disney II ES-Parking Lot Repavement-04-18-2023 Only prequalified Various Trades Vendor (over $25,000 vendors) PLA for work over 25K Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Mar 9th 2023, 5:30 PM CST Provide Labor and Materials: To grind and repave the entire staff parking lot (11,000 sqft) 1) Saw cut and remove 11,000 SF of existing asphalt pavement 2) Haul away and dispose of off site 3) Regrade existing stone base addingCA-6 road gravel, as required, for proper grade. 4) Roll to maximum compaction. 5) Pave 11,000 SF in two layers: o 1.5-inch N50 binder course asphalt o 1.5-inch N50 surface course asphalt. 6) Final compacted depth to be 3 inches. 7) Layout and restripe: o Parking space lines to match existing parking space allocation (40) to be verified by contractor o All striping to be yellow. 8) Contractor to secure necessary permits. 9) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. 10)Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 11)Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as 12)Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 13)If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 14)Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. 15)All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 16)Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 17)All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. 18)Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. 19)All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing
