Remodeling of an office development in Cutler, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a office development.
**As of June 5, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. It still has to go to our board, mid to late June.** The project shall include design and construction of a turnkey irrigation well. Project Description: The County is seeking proposals for to design, construct, and provide all equipment necessary for a new turnkey irrigation well at Ledbetter Park. Ledbetter Park is located at 45779 Road 128 Cutler, CA 93615. The project shall include design and construction of a turnkey irrigation well. The well will provide water for tree and turf irrigation throughout the 11-acre park. There is a current well that will need to be abandoned as part of the project. The selected well drilling firm shall provide engineering for well design. The selected firm shall also supply and complete construction of the well including installation, connection, permits and inclusion of existing equipment that can be reused for the project if possible. Well and equipment requirements are included in the Request for Proposal (RFQ) packet. I. Questions. Request for Proposal correspondence, questions pertaining to the consultant selection process or contract issues should be directed to Albert Cendejas, Parks Manager at ACendejas@tularecounty.ca.gov. All questions must be submitted by 12:00 PM on April 07, 2023. All questions will be answered by an addendum. Questions received after 12:00 PM on April 07, 2023, will not be answered.
