Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hewitt, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to properly fabricate, construct, inspect and test the following construction items: over 5,000 LF of 30" and 24" wastewater pipe, approximately 48 manholes, connections to existing mains, bypass pumping, Class 'F' surface replacement, heavy duty concrete pavement, erosion control features, and all appurtenances, accessories, testing, and site work, complete and in place. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to award the Alliance Parkway Wastewater Improvements Project to one contractor, and also reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The last day for questions is Friday, April 21, 2023, 5:00 PM CDT.
