Lane Community College of Eugene, Oregon, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a Space Utilization Study that encompasses Lanes main campus at 4000 E. 30th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97405 as well as branch centers in Cottage Grove, Florence, and downtown Eugene. The project is expected to be assigned to the selected firm in May 2023. Work will start immediately and is expected to be completed by November 2023. It is the intent of the college, as a result of this solicitation, to award the work to one proposer who best qualifies for the performance of the work and whose fees are reasonable, all in the sole judgment of the college. Lane Community College, a Community College District created within the context of Oregon Revised Statutes, is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All Proposals submitted shall contain a statement as to whether the Proposer is a resident or non-resident Proposer as defined in ORS 279C.365. The Board of Education of Lane Community College may waive any or all informalities and irregularities, may reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public procurement procedures, and may reject, for good cause, any or all Proposals upon a finding of the College that it is in the public interest to do so.
