The NDA is necessary to ensure the confidentiality of the project details and our business interested. Please send an email to Matthew Sterchak (msterchak@relamb.com) requesting the NDA and any additional information you may need to complete your proposal. Thank you for your interest in working with Huntsville Utilities and Robert E. Lamb, Inc. We look forward to receiving your proposal. Your Bid Proposal should include terms, availability, firm price, and FOB delivery to the respective HU service area. HU reserves the right to consider alternative pricing proposals and is the sole considerer in determining like or equivalencies in products. All attachments and appendixes are considered an integral part of the full bid documents. Vendor specified terms or conditions which would preclude bid rejection will not be renegotiated after the bid opening. HU reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to evaluate and accept any bid, which in HU's sole opinion, offers the most acceptable services and/or products to HU. Signed, dated, and sealed proposals will be accepted until the time and date specified above. The bid will consist of one original, one copy, and one digital format (USB Drive) with each individually labeled accordingly. In the event of discrepancies, the proposal marked original will suffice. The bid shall be delivered in-person or by mail/courier to the address listed above. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to assure timely deliveries of the bid proposal. Proposals received after the bid opening time and date will be rejected. Proposals received via facsimile machine or telephone will be rejected.
