The Work to be performed shall include: Stormwater detention pond improvements, including but not limited to dredging of sediment, installation of a new control structure manhole, installation of a new access driveway, site restoration, and other work necessary to complete the project. Engineer's Estimate for this work is $375,000 to $425,000. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section 1-08.5.
