Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This project is a component of the Municipality of the County of Antigonish's ICIP Net Zero for nine community buildings project. Aiming for long term sustainability at the community level. This project follows LED light installations, and the addition of Heat Pumps. The work under this project shall generally comprise but not necessarily be limited to provision of all labour, materials and equipment for the installation of solar PV panels and associated electrical equipment as per project drawings and specifications for each of the community buildings listed within the project documents. Digital copies of Contract Documents are available free of charge upon request from SEL (dmyette@straiteng.com). Hard copies may be obtained by request for a non-refundable charge of $60.00, made payable to Strait Engineering Ltd. Estimated Duration of Contract (months): 6
