Phase II of the FTCC Cumberland County Regional Fire & Rescue Center is an expansion of the campus that will house training facilities and props for fire, rescue and EMS services. Phase II of the FTCC Cumberland County Regional Fire & Rescue Center campus is to expand the training facility which offers multiple opportunities for live-training situations to prepare students for real-world emergency scenarios. Additional facilities and props in the expansion will be used to keep active first responders' certifications and skills up to date. The campus is located on two Cumberland County properties addressed 775 Tom Starling Road and 4705 Corporation Drive. The scope of work includes: - expansion of parking facilities and paving - site improvements - Single-story live fire residential burn building - Two-story apartment live fire burn tower - Storage building Phase II will allow for the expansion of basic and advanced fire training programs for Academic, Corporate and Continuing Education. FTCC encourages applicants to demonstrate experience with successfully completed fire and emergency training complexes. The project schedule is to be determined and is currently under Design Development review with the State Construction Office Expected Date of Completion of Design August 2023 No Pre-Proposal meeting will be held for this Bid.
