Site work for a mixed-use development in Vernon, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Vernon invites Proposals for the Road rehabilitation and infrastructure upgrade project in and around a CN Rail corridor. The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: The rehabilitation of City of Vernon’s 28th Avenue between 28th Street and 29th Street. This includes, but is not limited to Storm and Water infrastructure upgrades with mains directionally drilled under CN Rail infrastructure, and road improvements (multiple site access’, curb & gutter, sidewalk, asphalt resurfacing, line painting, signage, and stamped concrete boulevards). The Work must be completed diligently while incorporating safe traffic control measures with successful collaboration with neighbouring properties.
