Project Manager for Town of Digby Mount Street Upgrade project. Contact Info email: eossinger@digby.ca Town Hall general phone number: 902-245-4769 The Town of Digby is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to serve as the Project Manager for the Mount Street Upgrade Project. The Project Manager will report to the Town's Chief Administrative Officer and be responsible for providing oversight of the entire project from design to construction. An RFP for design engineers should be completed as soon as possible. It is anticipated that the tender process for construction will be completed by September 2023, and the construction phase will start April 1, 2024. The total project has a hard completion deadline of March 31, 2025. The Town of Digby reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, not necessarily accept the lowest cost proposal, or to accept any proposal which it may consider to be in its best interest. The Town of Digby also reserves the right to waive formality, informality or technicality in any proposal. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
