Request For Qualification (RFQ) AISD is seeking multiple qualified firms to serve as the districts Independent Representative Compliance Architect (IRCA), as needed, for large construction projects taking place during the 2023-2028 timeframe. The services will support the construction and implementation of capital improvement projects, large maintenance projects, and other construction projects that are related to The $2.439 billion Bond Program package was approved by the voters on November 8, 2022; Construction and other capital expenditures related to any additional bond package(s) supported by the voters during the contract term; and Construction and other capital expenditures funded by private, local, state or federal sources received between contract award and the contract expiration date, inclusive of any contract amendments. The role of an Independent Representative Compliance Architect (IRCA) is critical to the successful implementation of large construction projects. Among many roles, described in detail in the Scope of Work, the IRCA will assist the District with the design review of all large projects affecting learning spaces.
