Atlanta Housing desires to consider competitive proposal(s) to enter into a contract(s) with one or more wellqualified, experienced professional consulting and management firm(s) with experience and deep subject matter expertise regarding the administration and regulatorily compliant operation of all of the key functions of a federally United State Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") funded Housing Choice Voucher Program currently administered directly by Atlanta Housing. Please note that AH reserves the right to (i) make amendments to this scope of work through written addenda, (ii) reject any or all responses, (iii) waive any irregularity or informality in a response, and (iv) award a contract based on any portion of the Respondent's proposal relevant to the scope of work when it is in AH's best interest to do so. It is also within the AH's right o reject responses that do not contain all elements and information requested in this Event. This determination will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please note, this Event is being sourced through an electronic sourcing tool approved by AH and all suppliers' responses must be submitted electronically in accordance with the instructions contained herein. Some important definitions to remember as it relates to suppliers ability to view and respond to the Event: Release Date and Time is the date and time AH uploads the Event to the Business Management Portal, including all associated information and forms, for interested parties to view. At the time of release, all aspects of the Event, with the exception of Prerequisites can be viewed and/or downloaded. Open Date and Time is the date and time suppliers can begin responding to the sourcing event including viewing and downloading Prerequisites and all other associated information and forms. Close Date and Time is the date and time when the responses due to be submitted. After the close date and time has expired, suppliers will no longer be able to submit a response to the Event. Suppliers are encouraged to allow adequate time for uploading documents to the Business Management Portal and reviewing the entire response prior to clicking Submit. AH reserves the right to: 1) award the subsequent contract to one Respondent, 2) make multiple awards, 3) award without discussions and 4) negotiate the final scope of services, price, schedule and any and all aspects of this Event with all Respondents. AH may 1) reject any or all offers if such action is in AH's interest, 2) award contract other than to the lowest Respondent, 3) waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received, and 4) award all or part of the requirements stated. AH reserves the right to reject an award to Respondent during the contract negotiations if: 1) Respondent and AH cannot agree to mutual terms for the contract or 2) Respondent causes delay that, in AH's discretion, causes a hardship to AH.
