Work under this contract shall consist of the construction of ADA compliant pedestrian safety features as part of the Public Works ADA Pedestrian Safety Improvements Program. The work shall include, but will not be limited to, installation of 4", 6" and 8" concrete, installation of concrete sidewalk, curbs and driveways (pouring and finishing), installation of detectable warning mats, and installation of drainage pipe and associated drainage structures. The Contract resulting from this solicitation shall commence effective upon execution by both parties and extend for a period of twelve (12) months. The contract shall include the County's option to extend for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, totaling thirty-six (36) months. Question Submission Deadline:April 6, 2023, 4:00pm Timely questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the deadline for questions:Respondents are instructed not to contact the initiating division directly. Untimely questions are unable to be submitted in the question and answer module, thereafter respondents raising critical concerns must email michelle.black@ocfl.net. Critical clarifications may be made via addenda, however, untimely questions may not be considered.
