Renovation of a theater / auditorium in McComb, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
As of May 05,2023 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 9, 2023. This project entails renovations to the air conditioning system(s) in the State Theater building at 222 State Street, McComb, MS. All questions regarding website registration, online orders or electronic bidding shall be directed to Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193. Each Bidder must be qualified under Mississippi Law and shall affix his Certificate of Responsibility Number on the outside of the sealed envelope containing his proposal. Each Bidder must include with his proposal, a Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent of his bid, payable to City of McComb, Mississippi, as bid security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the approved contract amount.
