Saving Project...

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Nitro, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The City of Nitro is seeking proposals from qualified providers for a surveillance and keyless entry package for the Nitro Athletic Complex. The complex will require 24-hour monitoring of the entire grounds, a 3.76 acre parcel located along W 19th Street and Park Avenue in Nitro. Specific sites to be monitored include pool, welcome center (4-6 rooms and entrance and exit onto parking lot), tennis and pickle ball courts, and splashpad. The proposal should include the cost to provide keyless entry to the doors at the welcome center and the gated access to the tennis and pickle ball courts outside perimeter gate. Project Goal: The City's intent is to find the most cost-effective, modern video surveillance monitoring equipment, that would secure the facility, while utilizing the least amount of equipment possible. Cloud-based storage is preferred. The City is also seeking a proposal for the cost of providing keyless entry to the complex. The proposer shall demonstrate substantial experience in undertaking and completing the type of work required. The deadline for questions is Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 4:00 pm.
