Reference Number: 0000314992 The City of Yonkers wishes to set up a contract for the option to purchase up to seventy-five (75) Magniflood Battery Park Post Top LED Light Lanterns (Catalog No. BP-LED98-4K-T3-PST-GBLK), or equal, per specifications on pages 45-46. The first order will be for an immediate delivery of fifty (50) units and each future order will have a minimum order of five (5) units. If bidding an equal, bidder must provide the manufacturer name and manufacturer part number of the item being bid. Additionally, all corresponding technical data and specification sheets must be included in bid submission. Item is subject to review by the City of Yonkers. Final determination of product compliance will be made by the City of Yonkers. Contract Term: Contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months after award.
