The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Approximately 17,350 square foot interior finish-out and renovation on the third floor of the Tarrant County Plaza Building to house the Tarrant County Facilities Management Department and the Tarrant County Transportation Department. The existing building is a seven story, Type "IB" Construction, with "B" Occupancy throughout. The building will remain occupied by other County departments throughout construction. General work in the construction area includes: selective demolition of existing finishes and gypsum board partitions; construction of new metal stud & gypsum board partitions; modifications to existing raised flooring system; placement of concrete for new private restrooms; new suspended acoustical ceiling; painting and sealants; carpeting; ceramic tile; luxury vinyl tile; lighting; electrical power; empty conduit systems for data; mechanical; plumbing and plumbing fixtures; room signage and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2.
