As of October 13, 2023, a construction manager/general contractor was awarded this project and it is currently under construction. Fax or email transmission of bids to the Purchasing Department will not be considered. SCOPE OF WORK A. The project described herein is the BHS Stadium Improvements. This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and devices for the entire mechanical work and a complete operating and tested installation as required for this project. TIME SCHEDULE: Bidder agrees to complete the work within the time schedule as established by the Owner. Basic Principles of the project schedule are as follows: A. Construction starts on or before May 1, 2023 B. Full Project completion shall be March 31, 2024. i. The Football / Running Track and Bleacher areas are to be completed by August 15 th , 2023. ii. The Baseball / Softball fields completion date is November 2023. iii. The buildings are to be completed by March 31, 2024. C. Each bidder agrees to accomplish their work within the overall schedule and in concert with other trades as directed by the Owner. D. If project is not fully completed within the time schedule established, the contractor will forfeit ($1,500.00) per day for every calendar day beyond the day of substantial completion as stated in section 00 0100 instructions to bidders
