Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hempstead, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project includes the construction of an advanced oxidation process (AOP) and nitrate removal facility, as well as other miscellaneous upgrades, for the Town of Hempstead's Roosevelt Field Water District Wells 7, 11, and 12 site. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Hempstead for not less than 5% of the estimated amount of the bid. Bid documents may be viewed at the Office of the Commissioner of General Services, c/o Division of Public Works, Town Hall, Room 211, Hempstead, New York. Federal equal opportunity and labor standards are applicable for all work performed under this Contract. The Town of Hempstead reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
