WINCHESTER WATER CONTROL DISTRICTCONSTRUCTION MANAGER/ GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES WINCHESTER DAM REPAIR PROJECT CLOSING DATE AND TIME: MONDAY, APRIL 17, 2023 at 4:00 PM (PT) REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSNotice is hereby given that Winchester Water Control District ("WWCD"), an Oregon special district, is seeking proposals from qualified and responsible contractors for Construction Manager/General Contractor Services ("CM/GC Services") related to the WWCD's Winchester Dam Repair Project. Additional details regarding the Project and the services sought are included in WWCD's Request for Proposal and exhibits thereto (the "RFP"). Interested Proposers shall meet at the Winchester Dam fish ladder parking lot at the north end of the Dam. Proposers are required to attend the meeting to be eligible to submit a proposal. Any statements made by WWCD at the pre-proposal meeting are not binding upon WWCD unless confirmed by written addendum to the RFP. Proposers are solely responsible for assuring they have not missed any Addenda or other notices issued for this RFP. It is the intent of WWCD to enter into a contract with the successful Proposer, for which the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. WWCD may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law, and may reject any or all bids in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of WWCD, and at no cost to WWCD.
