Renovation of a municipal facility in State College, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes the removal and replacement of existing 340 SF wood double-hung bay window system with new insulated wood fixed glass and spandrel glass system. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to College Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each representing One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract amount. The CT Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids. y questions relating to this request for bid proposal shall be referred to Amy J. Kerner, P.E., Public Works Director, by email at akerner@collegetownship.org. Questions must be received by noon on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. The questions and answers will be issued to all plan holders. Bidder is required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda by number and date on the bid cover sheet.
