In the role of General Contractor, complete Project for renovation of 4.5 floors of office space leased by BCSC at the Project Site with key features as follows: Select demolition in scope areas including carpet throughout Construct a new board room approximately 42'-0"L x 25'-0"W approximately 1,050 square feet Construct four new kitchens, with new appliances Convert an existing fixed furnishing room on the 12th floor (32'-0"L x 22'-6"W approximately 720 square feet) into a flexible furnishings multi-purpose room Add glazing to selected existing office fronts and meeting room walls Replace all carpet and paint all walls, with furniture in place. Lifting of furniture to install new carpet will be required New elevator lobby flooring on three floors and lobby wallcovering on four floors Refinish existing hardwood floor in reception, one elevator lobby and three flights of stairs Upgrade washroom accent wall tiles, and vanity surface on four floors. Selective demolition of existing tiles required Create a small internal office suite to provide a secure zone on one floor
