Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lancaster, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids for a construction contract associated with the City of Lancaster's Centrifuge for Lancaster Wastewater Treatment Plant will be received. The Project includes the purchase and installation of one sludge centrifuge skid, complete, inplace, and ready for use, including polymer feed system, scroll conveyor, sludge feed pump, flow meter, control panel, and any other work shown or implied in the Plans or Specifications. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit his/her bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. These include Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Further, Title VI Minority bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 5 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
