The Belknap County Nursing Home (BCNH) is requesting proposals for the purchase and installation of Engineered Luxury Vinyl Tile (ELVT) flooring and associated 4" cove base in several areas of the Nursing Home, and the removal and disposal of the old flooring and cove base in those areas. This shall include any skimming or trimming to provide smooth transition from the new ELVT flooring to the existing flooring in the facility and/or any additional material to make a seamless transition between the new and old flooring. All necessary equipment required to meet the intent of these specifications, whether or not enumerated within these specifications, shall be supplied to provide proper adhesion and installation. Floor prep and installation shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines. Areas should be patched and leveled where needed to promote a smooth, level, and uniform finish. Floor leveling and patching materials should be used that do not interfere or interact with cleaners, glues, primers, or adhesives.
