Project Description - The Project includes the drilling/construction of vertical gas collection wells on the existing landfill, modifications/additions to the existing landfill gas collection system, excavation/fill, and all incidentals outlined in the Project Plans and Specifications. - Provide the necessary equipment, labor and materials for the Schilling Landfill Vertical Well Installation Project as detailed in the Summary of Work, herein and supplemented by any addenda generated through the bidding process, any change orders or work directives that arise during construction. The Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority (GLRA) will receive Sealed Bids online for the project: SCHILLING LANDFILL VERTICAL WELL INSTALLATION. The project consists of a "General Contract" which will be bid/awarded using the provided set of project documents and plans. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Robert D. This project will bid as noted above, with bidding to be completed at the date and time noted. Following a review of the bid results the successful bidder(s) may be approved at the next meeting of the GLRA Authority Board scheduled for May 2, 2023 at 7:00 pm. Bidders should note that this project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and that not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act must be paid on this project.
