Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Social Circle, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a walking trail at the Social Circle Community Center All other inquiries regarding the bid should be directed to Hank Shirley, Facilities Director at hshirley@co.walton.ga.us. Should the total cost of the bid be $100,000 or more, a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. All proposals of $100,000 or more must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Funds in the amount of 5% of the proposals price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance will be required with Walton County named as additional insured. A Contractors Affidavit, also known as E-Verify, verifying compliance with O.C.G.A. 13-10-91 must be submitted with the bid. This form must be notarized. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
