Installation, programming, material, all associated work and cost shall be included in the proposal. All inquiries should be submitted in writing to: Kevin M. Any questions and/or clarifications(s) in the scope, intent, etc. shall be submitted in writing to the City of Manchester Security Manager kkincaid@manchesternh.gov The City of Manchester and the Manchester School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed packaged clearly marked "Monitoring Bid" on the front of the package. Faxed bid proposals will not be accepted. The sealed bids shall be submitted in triplicate. The City of Manchester and or the Manchester School District is not responsible for, nor will they entertain any bids arriving after the designated time period. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure the delivery of their bid by the stated date, time and location. Failure to comply may result in the exclusion of the bid. Bids, which are incomplete, not properly signed or otherwise contrary to the above and contained within instructions may be rejected as non- responsive. All bids and submitted supporting documentation or request(s) become the property of the City of Manchester and the Manchester School District The city reserves the right at its sole discretion to utilize the submitted bid pricing for any facility owned or leased by the City of Manchester, Manchester School District, Manchester Water Works Authority, Manchester Housing Authority and Manchester Airport Authority.
