the following: 1) #8 - Unwashed Limestone 2,000 Ton 2) PA-2A 1,000 Ton 3) Type A, #57 - Limestone 500 Ton 4) Type A, #3 - Limestone 200 Ton 5) Antiskid - Type AS2 200 Ton 6) E-1 Prime Emulsion 10,000 Gal 7) CRS2-PM Emulsion 20,000 Gal 8) MC-70 20,000 Gal 9) EDP-30 10,000 Gal Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Bid forms may be obtained by contacting the Township secretary at 814-371-2073. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or ten (10%) percent of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 50% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals.
