The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following: PSA COMMISSION NUMBER: 8380GCES,MES,RHS-Site State Project Number: GCES: 39-4290-090-20-1000 MES: 39-4290-110-20-1000 RHS: 39-4290-050-20-3000 RHS-GH: 39-4290-050-20-1000 A. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, select exterior site work improvements including a new accessible ramp and masonry repairs at Grover Cleveland Elementary School, select exterior site work improvements at Madison Elementary School, select exterior masonry repairs, site work, front stair replacement, alterations to include a security vestibule, andgreenhouse repairs at Rahway High School. B. Exterior site improvements include, but are not limited to the replacement of sidewalks, stairs, addition of bollards and the addition of an accessible ramp at school noted above. Masonry repairs include masonry restoration, stone replacements, window/door opening lintel repairs/replacement, and front stair replacement at the High School only. The security vestibule includes but is not limited to the replacement and addition of doors, a security office, and access controls. The greenhouse repairs include repairs to existing concrete structural supports, masonry restoration, and greenhouse glass replacement. C.The Scope of Work for the project is determined by the complete construction documentation, including all addenda thereto issued during the bid cycle, and is not limited by the brief summary of work provided here.
