Site work, new construction and renovation of a residential development in Urbana, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for the renovation of a residential development.

Base Bid - $432,032 Alt - 1 A - $ 4,934 Alt - 1B - $16,295 Alt -2- $4,560 Alt - 3 - $10,000 Alt - 4 - $6,000 Any proposed Equal for a Standard shall be submitted to the Architect no later than ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. If no Addenda are issued in association with the bidder's request, the proposed equal shall be considered rejected. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Champaign County Commissioners or by certified check, bid bond, cashiers check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Champaign County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Bidders must submit bids on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Bid for: 326 E. Market Street Building Construction and Renovation project and mailed or delivered to: Champaign County Commissioners c/o Andrea Millice 1512 S. US Highway 68, Suite A100 Urbana, Ohio 43078 Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, submission of an experience statement and project manager resumes, insurance requirements, submission of an Experience Modification Rate and Safety Plan, milestone schedule, Section 3, and equal opportunity provisions. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Champaign County reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The Architects cost estimate is Four Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Two Hundred ($433,200) Dollars.
