1. Suitably clean existing membrane surface to rem. /e dirt and debris (power wash if necessary), 2. Remove and replace any wet insulation and membrane as per current Carlisle approved repairs, 3. Remove for re-use any existing concrete pavers. Disp sed of any that are not suitable for re-use, 4. Remove as needed any lightning protection system comp nents; save for re-use, 5. Ensure that the membrane base tie-ins and perimeter attachment is secure, 6. In the areas designated above and in the attached documents, install a new membrane system consisting of Carlisle Sure-Seal FleeceBACK 115 mil (black) EPDM system over the existing EPDM system in splatter-coat application of Carlisle FlexibleFAST adhesive in accordance with Carlisles technical and warranty requirements, 7. Reflash and terminate all rooft p penetrations and perimeter details in accordance with Carlisles technical and warranty requirements, 8. Re-install lightning protection as originally installed; building owner responsible for having system recertified, 9. Install walkway pad path as indicated on the attached, 10. Re-install the concrete pavers over a sacrificial layer of membrane belt v eaves in their original locations, 11. Provide Carlisle Syntec Total System Twenty (20) Year warranty.
