The scope of work consists of a roof replacement at our Martha's Place Shelter, located at 559 Howard Ave., New Haven, CT 06510. The roofing will be comprised of asphalt shingle and mansard membrane roofing. The project is funded by the City of New Haven CDBG and the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services through the Department of Housing and Urban Development. This project is subject to state contracting pricing on equipment in accordance with Chapter 58 of the Connecticut General Statutes (CGS). If the project will not be completed by this date, the owner retains the right to terminate the contractor's contract any time after May 28, 2023. The contractor shall notify New Reach, Inc. of any power interruptions at least 72 hours in advance. Bidders shall not include any Federal Excise Taxes or State of Connecticut Taxes that otherwise may apply.
