Site work for a water / sewer project in Fernley, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation necessary to produce such construction and furnishing, installing, and incorporating all materials and equipment into such construction, all as required by the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewer Manholes, Installation of a Precast Polymer Manhole, Connection of existing Sanitary Sewer pipe to new manhole, installing Forcemain Appurtenances including 4-inch tee with plug valves and temporary HDPE Bypass line, Trenching and Excavation, and Bypass Pumping. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Section 00200, Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form (separate Bid package) and accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in accordance with Section 00200. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish both a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the full amount of the contact price. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bid der who, at the time of submitting a Bid , was not properly licensed under the provisions of Chapter 624 of NRS or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidder's license. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
