Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Brenham, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Installation of a natural gas generator, service entrance rated ATS, and concrete pavement extension. The existing manual transfer switch and generator plug shall remain installed until the new automatic transfer switch is installed and energized. The new service entrance rated automatic transfer switch and generator can be installed at any time. The existing electrical service will need to be routed to the new automatic transfer switch. During shutdown to reconnect the existing electrical service to the new service entrance rated automatic transfer switch, Contractor shall provide temporary power to maintain existing building functionality. Coordinate requirement with Owner. Contractor shall notify Owner a minimum of 72 hours prior to beginning any work. CONTRACT TIME IN CALENDAR DAYS: 390 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents must be submitted to ENGINEER in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the opening of Bids.
