Directions to the site are as follows: Travel 2.4 miles west of the city of Coshocton from the intersection of State Route 83 and State Route 541 to Township Road 306. Turn left onto Township Road 306 and travel south for approximately 0.2 miles to the site access road on the right. The site access road is an existing driveway (House # 20979) on the west side of Township Road 306. The Pre-Bid Meeting will take place on site.
