Bids are being solicited for Clopay Model 524 (or approved equivalent) replacement doors in the sizes and configurations specified herein and PowerMaster (or approve equivalent) replacement motors and control switches. Any manufacturers' names, trade names, brand names or model numbers used in the specification are for the purposes of describing and establishing general quality levels. Such references are not intended to be restrictive. Bids will be considered for any brand/model which meets or exceeds the quality of the specifications listed. Bidders shall enclose descriptive literature which may assist the Town in the bid evaluation process.
