Renovation of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Expected Work Will Include the Replacement of the Mechanical and Electrical Components, Door Equipment, Andfixtures in Each Elevator Per Specification Documents Provided for Hydraulic Elevators. Prioritization for Completion of Modernization and Upgrade of Elevators to Be Established by the University of Louisville. Theawarded Contractor Shall Provide All Materials, Equipment, Labor, and Supervision for the Installation in Accordance With the Specifications as Prepared in Exhibit a. the University shall have the right to reject them or require acceptable correction at the vendor's expense. o Certified payroll is not required for this project. The University has established a Preferable Goal for construction/renovation project participation at 20% MinorityOwned and 5% Woman-Owned Businesses. Question Deadline 04/10/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Vendors requesting clarifications to this Invitation to Bid may submit in writing questions for official response by the University. Questions should be sent via email to Evan Riddell at evan.riddell@louisville.edu. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five percent (5%) The awarded Contractor shall furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%)
