Renovation of an educational facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 106,964-square-foot educational facility.

The work of this single bid project includes the complete interior fit out of approximately 107,000 sf of area at the Classroom Building spread over four floors, including the roof. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete slab demolition and removals, asbestos abatement, cutting and patching, concrete, masonry, structural steel, steel stairs, steel platforms, miscellaneous metals, glass railings, misc. carpentry, millwork, thermal protection, sealants, doors and frames, aluminum storefronts/entrances, hardware, finishes, acoustic wall/ceiling panels, wall coverings, ACT ceilings, metal studs and GWB partitions, flooring, ceramic tile, toilet accessories, dimensional signage, fire protection, EPDM Roofing, roof pavers, site utilities, sitework, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
