Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Penn Yan, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The Base Bid project generally consists of milling existing asphalt pavement and placing 2" of new asphalt as well as new pavement markings. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the contract. Prevailing wage rates apply. A Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal is included in the project. The owner is sales tax exempt. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. The right is reserved to waive any inconsistencies in the bid and to reject any and all bids.
